What information do we collect about you?

We collect your contact information when you register for our mailing list, or if you give consent for us to add you to our mailing list. This is all done using MailChimp, which also stores the data on our behalf.

We also collect contact information for applicants when they apply to us for funding. This is stored by the Trustees responsible for processing the applications on the secure computer that she or he is using to process applications, and can be deleted at the applicant's request.

How will we use the information about you?

Communication with applicants is essential for us to carry out our core work as we need to inform people if their applications has been successful and, if so, enter into an agreement with them and make financial transactions.

The majority of our contact with people on the mailing list will be to let you know about our activities but we may also tell you how you can support us, for example with a donation. Keeping people informed about what we do is an essential aspect of our work as it helps us reach prospective applicants and supporters, keeps past and current applicants up-to-date and maintains our place in the Oxford arts community.

We do not store any data ourselves, apart from that of applicants. The Trustees processing applications need applicants' data in order to connect them directly. All mailing list data is securely stored by MailChimp, which strictly adheres to all current legislation on data protection.
